Meet Your Doula

Hello mumma, my name is Bri...

I know how bringing new life into the world is a sacred and magical initiation. As your doula, my role is to ensure you feel nurtured, supported and empowered throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey, so you can focus on enjoying every second with your new babe and family.

I bring a holistic approach to my care, considering all aspects of the body, mind, and spirit. This allows me to tune into each mother’s unique wishes and needs – whether you desire acts of service, physical support, meals and nourishment, the gift of time, ceremony and ritual, or all of the above.

It would be a pleasure to be a part of your sacred motherhood journey. Being of service to women has been a calling and passion my whole life. I previously worked as a women’s personal trainer for eight years, which has given me an abundance of tools and knowledge for my doula career, along with my warm and compassionate, yet strong nature.

I look forward to being a part of your jouney- Bri xx

Why Have Me as Your Doula?

Having the support of a doula can have a profoundly positive impact on your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. Research shows that women who receive continuous support during pregnancy and labour are more likely to have a positive birth experience and are more likely to establish successful breastfeeding, and continued support during postpartum can decrease the likelyhood postnatal depression.

As you transition from carrying your baby in your womb, to bringing them into the world, and finally holding them in your arms, each phase is deeply sacred. As a mother, you deserve to feel nurtured physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout this journey. That is the support I am here to offer.

I bring a calm, grounded presence combined with deep compassion and nurturing care. One of my greatest strengths is knowing when to draw on these different qualities—whether you need gentle reassurance, practical support, quiet encouragement or someone to advocate for you. I take the time to truly tune into you and your family, meeting you where you are and offering the support you need in each moment.

As your doula, I will walk beside you through pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period, helping you feel informed, supported and deeply cared for. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to trust your instincts, surrender to the journey, and yourself and your partner embrace your new role with confidence.

I am passionate about protecting and nurturing the beautiful “inner sanctuary” that surrounds the transition into motherhood. My aim is for you to feel seen, heard and held as you welcome your baby and begin this new chapter of life.
